1.Dairy products

2.Fried foods
They are everywhere and it is hard to back away from temptation. However, if you would like to look better, staying away from fries definitely helps. Imagine the greasy oil as the trigger for your acne. But if you still cannot resist, make your own fried foods – but do not have it too often either!
3.Gluten
As children, we were all guilty for these sweet treats – but we need to stop once we are adults. Just like dairy products, gluten can cause skin inflammation. (In fact, sweet dairy products like chocolate milk is often to blame for this!)
